Base Plates & Footing

These are used to secure the rigid rail structure to the ground, providing stability and support. Our proprietary base plates are bolted are bolted to the poured concrete footing. The footing of the structure is 12ft deep by

System Support Tower

This includes a harness worn by the user, along with a lanyard or retractable lifeline that connects the harness to the rail trolley. In the event of a fall, the system activates to arrest the fall and prevent injury.

Rail Trolley or Carriage

The trolley or carriage is attached to the rigid rail and serves as the anchor point for the user’s fall protection equipment, such as a harness and lanyard. It allows for smooth movement along the rail while ensuring safety.

Harness System

End Stops

These are installed at each end of the rigid rail to prevent the trolley from accidentally sliding off the rail.
